These shorts were enough to make Descente my new go-to brand for clothing. I like them so much that not only did I buy a second pair, but I don't want to wear any of my other shorts. If someone gave me a big bundle of money to buy bike stuff, the first thing I would get would be several more pairs of these shorts.

First, as many people have said, you MUST size up. I normally wear a medium, and I had to get a large because the straps were way too tight on my shoulders. As for the shorts themselves, they are not really that great. They're pretty cheap material, the chamois is not particularly comfortable, they are cut too high in the front, the material on the straps is rough and uncomfortable, and I do not think that they would hold up on a ride longer than a couple of hours. I pretty much wear mine only when all of my good shorts are dirty.

I like the nutrition information on Accelerade, but it tastes absolutely awful. The Lemonade is like lemonade mixed with milk and soy milk (which is basically what it is). The Orange tastes like orange drink mixed with milk an soy milk. The addition of caffeine even gives it a hint of that bitter caffeine taste. For me, if I don't like the taste of something, I won't drink it, and that's a problem. If you want protein in your drink, go for Podium. Better yet, just get it from a food source.
