These seem to be a good quality shoe. I would agree that they are two 1/2 sizes two small as I had to return my first pair (size 44) to get a bigger size (size 45). For reference I wear an 11 in Puma, Under Armor, and Adidas - all which fit me great. I intially ordered these shoes in a 44 (according to the sizing that would be an 11 US) and they were way too tight, I returned them and got a 45 (chart says 12 US) which fits very similar to my athletic shoes.

This seems to be a quality lock, and you can go wrong with the price. The lock holder is secure and the lock will not fall off of it.
