I am a solid medium in most bike shorts and these things run really small! Tried a large and they felt like smalls. Buy at least two sizes larger with these puppies. Other than that they're great, chamois is super comfy.

They are exactly what I wanted, a light supportive summer hiking shoe that will last for backpacking trips in the Grand Canyon. They are super light!!!!!!

They run a tiny bit bigger but not much and they're uber comfortable. The only thing that kind of sucks is that they scuff pretty easily. I've worn them all day whilst riding and running around town from work to class and they felt just as good at the end of the day as they did when I put them on in the morning.
