Absolutely the best rain jacket around!

Living in the northwest we get a LOT of rain but we also get a lot of wind so it's stupid to carry an umbrella around. I tried several different jackets before I found this one. I was looking for something that was completely waterproof yet comfortable enough to wear every day. This met and exceeded all of my expectations. |
