I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday, since she's always borrowing mine (I have the men's port/afterdark) It's pretty much what I expected, based on my experience with my own...warm, comfortable, what I throw on when I get home from work, and my go-to base layer when I'm out-of-doors and it's fairly chilly.

I got this one as a gift for my girlfriend, and now it's as if it turned into an amex card (she never leaves home without it). It's sleeker than the monkey man jacket, and less likely (I think) to pick up random dirt and junk. As for warmth, I think that under a shell, the monkey man jacket is a little warmer, but as an outer layer, I think the radiant jacket is a touch better at shedding wind.

Just thought I'd mention that the 'raven' color is lighter than the picture would lead you to believe. It's more of a 'tan' than a dark brown.
