Great Hoodie

I really disagree with the other reviewer, to the extent I wanted to write my own. I've been super happy with mine. The cut is athletic, not urban and baggy. The style is sharp and understated. The fabric is a knitted fleece polyester, so it can be worn with other high-performance gear (and can be layered), or on its own like your most comfy lounging hoodie. It's about as warm as the usual cotton hoodie, but so much less bulky. I'm getting embarrassed by how much I wear it...like, don't I have any other clothes to wear? |

Zen should be its name

Chaos? Really? I like Zen: this pack carries the right amount of water (70oz), the right amount of gear (a saddlebag of essentials fits perfectly in the small packet, and big pocket gives just enough space for a light layer and your pump), and fits very well. |

Timbuk2 Commute Messenger Bag
12-09-08 ![]() |
Wow. I would never have imagined how indispensable this bag would become before I bought it. I used to use a DaKine backpack for my bike commutes to work and for a briefcase when I needed it. It was OK - drawbacks included a sweaty back, difficult access during a ride, and poor shape/configuration for computer and file transport. The Timbuk2 Commuter fixes all these issues - it hangs low and secure during rides (no sweaty back), provides access if needed, is super-durable and is waterproof enough for any weather. I recommend the Commuter model for its corduroy-lined, padded laptop pocket and carrying handle, and though this may be the case on classic models, the attention to detail made in this particular bag's numerous and varied pockets is really stellar - divider for laptop and files, phone pocket, (brightly colored!) key lanyard, etc, etc. Looks smart as a briefcase when used that way, as well. My bag is only a few months old and is just getting broken in, but other reviewers say these bags last years. Seeing the quality of construction in mine, I have no doubt this will be the case. |

| Fox Digit Glove - Men's This product is no longer available |
Good Value

These gloves generally live up to FOX standards - they fit well and will last a long time, especially for a light-duty/warm weather glove. My big gripe with these is that they do not have a terry patch on the back of the thumb. This may not sound like a big deal, but I wipe snot in any weather and don't enjoy chafing my nose in this necessary procedure. I would give them three stars for this egregious oversight, but I got a great deal for them on Chainlove. My little gripe would be that although they look great with this (brown/white) color scheme, anything white on a MTB glove does not look too bling after a few rides. |
