I'm impressed with this rope. I used an Axis for a long time and this Beal has none of the kinking issues the Axis did. I'm pleased with how this rope handles, clips, coils, everything... I haven't had it for a long time and I've heard there may be durability issues, so we'll see. It actually seems to be pretty light for a 70m rope. I hardly notice the difference at all having come from a 60m rope. Contingent upon long term durability, I would highly recommend this rope.

This rope bag is just plain good all around. It's so easy to wrap your rope up and carry it that it's unbelievable. Fully opened it covers plenty of ground -- certainly enough to manage gear and your rope. The shoulder strap is a bit long so it doesn't stay put on your body solidly, which is only an issue if you are climbing up with it loaded with stuff. Other than that, it's five stars all the way. I've experienced no issues with the zipper or the cinching straps. I only wish I had purchased one sooner.
