I agree 100% with the above post about elbow pads twisting out of the way. This happens to me and a friend of mine who borrowed the suit. I fear the day that I fall on my elbows. Also, I took a handlebar to the chest and cracked the plastic since it has lots of fragile little connections on that piece. I'll take that over a broken rib but don't expect this thing to last forever.
