I'm not a big hiker (no hills to climb in Chicago). I bought these shoes for a Backroads multisport trip to the Canadian Rockies. Opening day for these boots was on a 6 mile glacier hike. They were perfect. I wore them the entire trip and felt like I'd had them for years. No break-in needed...not band-aides needed. |

I love the way these look. It's nice to have a serious ride in something other than spandex. I ordered a size down, but after my first two wears I ordered another pair in my regular size. There is a plastic/rubber band around the race that dug into my skin after a few hours. But it didn't stop me from buying two more pairs! |
