I use this pack for trail running and bike rides. It straps down nice and tight for the runs and has gotten me through up to 50 mile rides(with one refill). It has enough room for bike tool,pump,food phone,wallet ect... One of my favorite pieces of gear. |

Great for trail running, also use them for hill sprints and general workouts. They run a little hot, but this is solved by wearing some moisture wicking socks. Fits true. I'll probably buy another pair of KEEN shoes in the future. |
