Use these shorts as a bike messenger riding 40-60 miles/day Pros: Great fabric that's not going tear easily or show dirt/sweat; 6 pockets to store various bike-related necessities and a wallet; baggy fit for freedom of movement; great for winter riding Cons: Doesn't have belt loops so when there's some weight in the pockets you have to constantly pull them up so they don't slip down, especially while off the bike; the rear pockets aren't large enough for holding a smaller U-lock without it falling out while on the bike; waist tension doesn't stay tight very long, have to re-adjust Overall, I like these shorts and think they will last a long time. However, I just wish I could get them to stop slipping down.
