I bought this product when I first got into cycling, and I didn't realize how well it worked until I ran out of it and had to switch to Gatorade. I do not get as sore afterwards, I recover faster, and I've never seized up or cramped up on long hot days when I use Accelerade. The taste is somewhat... acquired, but it grew on me. I love this stuff.

This jacket is so nice, I wear it when cycling AND running. It retains its color quite well, even after repeated washings it does not fade. It is also decently warm.

The light was *dim*. Even after charging the batteries that came with it, or even after replacing them with high capacity 2500mAh special AA batteries, the light barely threw more than 20 ft. That's definitely not acceptable for me, especially when bombing downhill over 20mph on my road bike at night. I have a 1 watt LED flashlight that I bought for $10 that throws light well over 60 ft away, three times that of this light. Don't buy it, I can't see anything worth this. ps - I took it apart, trashed the dim bulb and reflector, and replaced it with a 20 watt insane LED, reflector and lens that lights up houses at the end of the block.

I'm not sure what the other guy is smoking (the one who rated it as 2 stars) but these bibs are awesome. Protects against the wind and cold, fits superbly well. I'm a size M, and I got a size M, and it worked great. Maybe the other guy is pudgier than he thinks he is, because I've got an average body type (5'8" 155 lbs, 32" waistline, 31" inseam) and these are fantastic bibs.

I used these bibs the other day and they are phenomenal. Another quality product from Castelli... I'm 152 lbs, 5'8" and size Medium works quite well... my waistline is 30-31", so take it into consideration when you purchase this - just upsize by one.

These shoes work very well for triathlon, and they're also quite comfortable barefoot. I would, however, suggest to be careful with sizing. I'm a size 42 on my Sidi cycling shoes, and I thought it would be the same with these shoes, but it would fit better if I had gone a size smaller. However, I think the Sidis are sized smaller than normal - the Time shoes aren't.
