To get this pack not to bounce when running, I have wear it pretty darn tight. Not quite enough room in the pockets for everything I like to carry. I do like the stability of the pockets for the water bottles. The water bottles in my old pack used to fall out when I ran. Not quite as comfortable on those long hikes as I hoped. But I'm pretty picky when it comes to comfort. I don't think the perfect pack exists yet!

I'm loving it. So lightweight,yet keeps me warm on cool, windy mornings. Rolls up in a tight little ball and fits into it's own little pouch. Takes up very little room in my pack. Looks so good on you can wear it around town. Definitely go by the sizing chart. I'm normally a size small or extra small. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly.
