These poles are great for hiking up and down steep slopes (rock, snow, etc...). I did have a bit of an issue trying to adjust one of them, but once I got it set it performed great. They saved my knees hiking up to and down from the Lower Saddle of Grand Teton.

I was reluctant to buy any synthetic shirt, because I never had any problems with my cotton t-shirts. I bought the first one and quickly bought two more. They are great for any outdoor activity (hiking, fishing, exercise, etc...). These mountain Tech T-shirts are very comfortable, cool, lightweight, and they fit like a regular T-shirt (I don't like form-fitting stuff). Give 'em a try.

There is not much to say other than these water bottles are very reliable and easy to fill.

I like these pants/shorts, because there is no liner in them. They are very good as shell over long underwear for cold weather hikes and of course are great on a hot day. I climbed to the top of the Grand in them and then removed the legs and hiked down in shorts. Breathable and Comfortable. Not bad for swimming either.
