My other longboard bag is a slide-in, but this top-loader design is great. If your wax is a little sticky, you don't have to fumble trying to get the board to slide the whole way, just set it in and zip. Nicely padded for good protection, easy to carry my 9'4", works fine for tri-fins without taking them off.

This suit looks like it will last a long time, judging from the seam sealing and general build quality, and it's a good price for a 4/3 suit. On the not-so-good side, the batwing feature is a waste unless you like to wear a hood, which I don't. It gets in the way when you're putting the suit on, and is awkward to pull up so you can zip the back (unless you're a contortionist). Supposedly it keeps "all" water from going through the zipper area, but hey, this is water, and it's not the end of the world to get a little water in your suit now and then, even in our cold ~50 degree water. They need to dump the batwing (part is removable, but the panel isn't). With the heft and build of this suit, I expected it to be warmer than my O'Neill 4/3 Epic, but it's not (though it's warm enough for what I need). Despite the batwing, it's a fine suit and does what it's supposed to.

Good day bag, thick enough for good protection. The white color is nice for those hot sunny days, keeps the wax on your stick, and the first ding that you avoid while moving the board around in the car will make the bag pay for itself. This is a quality-made unit with good padding, and looks like it will hold up.

I bought these for my son (I'm a barefoot-only surfer) and he reports that he can't even tell the water temp through these boots (our water has been 46-52 degrees). They're easy-on, and look to be well-made. The web between the toe split keeps your leash out of there, and traction is good.
