This kit has everything you need, but if you're paranoid like me and want to add more (Band Aids, neosporin, etc.), the pouch isn't stuffed so you can fit more in. Very light weight and the few times I've had to dip into it, everything has been dry and good to go.

Had this one (long sleeve) and the short sleeve version for a few months now, and they both still look great (black l/s looks pretty good with a pair of jeans IMHO), no signs of wear and I'm on the road 6 days a week in them. Great quality stuff from Oakley, and at a killer price!

Like the other reviews said, these run a size small, so keep that in mind. With that said, the white jersey looks awesome, feels great on a ride, and actually goes pretty well with a pair of jeans when you forget to pack a regular t shirt like I did today :-)

I've had this bag for over a year now and its still running strong. I take it daily to school or use it as a gym bag, and have also used it several times as a carry on while flying. Great interior pockets and such a tough bag that you can really stuff it full with no worries. Good buy.
