I've had these pants in all conditions in just a few weeks time, they rock. Warm, dry and breath very well. I've hiked on 40+ degree days, skied thigh deep pow, and been in 10 degrees with the wind ripping. They handle it all. The only layering I do on the really cold days is CWX insulated tights. They have just the right amount of baggieness to look good. The only down fall is the top pockets are wortless. Bad positioning and small they work well as a pass pocket if your at a resort with the RF tecknowledgy. But the cargos make up for any pocket space you may need. Overall very happy with them.
