I used this lamp for mountain biking until I got a real HID light. I still take this light biking as a back up. I use this light for everything from shoveling snow to working on my cars. It makes working on any project so much easier especially if you need both hands to do the job. Anyone who does their own repairs on anything should have one of these. I have one in each of my cars, just in case I brake down, get a flat etc. Priceless. Cheers™
