What happened to Keen insoles!?

I purchased these shoes for my husband's birthday. The shoes themselves are great and fit good. The insoles are flat with VERY little arch support. Delight with the shoes declined rapidly with foot aches from less than expected keen insoles! I have purchased new insoles and hope this will fix the issue. |
