I've looked at probably fifty different cadet hats and this is one of the very best quality that I've seen. Beautiful fabric with a very slight sheen and complex stitching detail, great little extra metal detail. My only complaint is that the Backcountry sales person I talked to said the hat was adjustable and it isn't, so it was too small for my brother and a little too big for me!! So you should give the exact sizing and make small, medium and large because this hat is gorgeous. Thanks! foxfireup@gmail.com
