I purchased these pants, loved them, and after wearing them 4 times, the seat and legs had fade marks from the snow. What is up with that!? They are made for the snow right? Anyway, I've never had anything like this happen, so I called. Let me just say in all honesty that this site has set the bar for customer service. I myself worked customer service for years and could not provide the same quality service for my customers. They are sending me a new pair, and also some others to try on, in case I want a different brand. They are even covering the shipping too. This site is my one and only on-line store. With service like this, why shop anywhere else? A big thank you to all of the great employees. You must really enjoy working for a company that truly cares about their customers. Keep up the outstanding work.

This is an awesome online store. Great selection, lower prices than the stores in my area, and the live chat is the best thing ever added to online shopping. I will definitely shop here again. These pants are great! They fit better than some of my jeans! They are lower waisted, and longer than my other snowboard pants and feel like they were made just for me. It was really cold(teens and windy) the first time I wore them. They kept me warm and dry without having to layer much underneath(1 pr. thermals and one light fleece). The leg pocket is great for my tool. I originally ordered the aqua, but when I received them they were a little too bright for me. I reordered them in brown. They rock!
