This jacket is amazing. When it arrived, I put the sleeve in the sink and sprayed it. It was like water off a duck's back - a quick shake and it was dry again. A week later I wore it on a vigorous walk in a strong down pour on a cold day. Again it performed flawlessly. The only moisture inside was sweat vapor condensing on the cold fabric. I vented most of the vapor out with the underarm zippers. It's super lightweight so don't expect it to keep you warm without layers on underneath. Excellent construction. Highly recommended!
