Because there is no back to this swim suit. It is really cute and adjustable, but it's basically a completely open back which I didn't realize from the description or the photos. Still a great suit, fits exactly like the sizing chart.

... and I am no different. These are great pants for lounging around the house, or going for a run. They have a good thickness to them, so they aren't going to tear if you snag them on a branch while hiking. Super comfortable, definitely follow the sizing chart, I usually wear a small size pant, but based on the chart got a medium due to waist size and they fit great. Everyone needs a pair of these.

I have had a Borealis for over 5 years and it's still going strong. I used it for school at the University of Colorado in Boulder and it weathered snow storms, rain, and being thrown on the lawn for relaxing in the sun. I've continued to use it as a gym bag, a school bag (I know teach), and on travel through airports. Perfect number of compartments, easily adjustable to fit all sizes (I have a smaller frame and it still works great for me). Highly recommended, durable bag.

And everyone has one at my place of work. We all got to go skiing on Friday, and every single woman showed up in a SmartWool top. I always get itchy in wool, and these things are really comfortable. The only thing I have noticed is that it says it can go in the dryer on low, but when I did that, my shirt got small holes in it after a couple of times. This time I am hang drying my shirt and it seems to be holding up better. If you are looking for a comfortable base layer, this is it.

So this is the fourth LAKEN bottle I own. I absolutely love the bottle and fun designs. The top can leak if you've unscrewed the mouthpiece too far, but you tend to figure that out within the first day of owning it. I highly recommend this size for a workout, short hike, or school/office use.

This is a great first fleece for your little one, that is soft, cozy, and easy to care for (washer machine and dryer friendly). One thing, the body is SHORT on this jacket. My son wears 6-12 month right now and we got him an 18 month so he could wear it longer, but it fits him now. The sleeves are longer, but the body of the jacket runs shorter. If you want a jacket that is a bit more proportional I would recommend going up to the toddler sizes.

Supporting this awesome website with a great sweatshirt. It is a light weight sweatshirt, so not too bulky, good for wearing in the evening at a campfire, but it's not going to keep you warm in the arctic. I got the pacific blue color, which was closer to Navy than it appeared on my computer, but I like it better. Nice comfortable fit, not to baggy, or too tight. Everyone needs some backcountry gear!

Great water bottle for daily walks, and the designs are clever so you will never worry about confusing your water bottle with someone else. Excellent for a quick walk or a water bottle for refills at work. No BPA!

This is a great water bottle. It's a good size to keep with you at all times, I keep it with me in the classroom while teaching. I like that this one has the water bottle top instead of the screw on. Exactly what I thought I was getting!

Reefs rock, I have three pairs (different styles). They are just as cheap as the pairs at Old Navy, but so much more sturdy and supportive. They run small, so get one size bigger than your normal shoe size (like all the other reviews say). The bottoms are a little slippery at first, so be careful on slick surfaces until you break them in. Super comfortable!

These are great boots, warm, well made, and stylish. I ordered on 1/2 size up so that they would fit with warm socks, which was a good idea, because the larger size fits perfectly. They are great for keeping my feet warm in the snow, especially when running out in several inches of powder. I would definitely recommend this boot.

So I LOVE the North Face Akira pants, so I got this top hoping for a smashing pair of sweats, but found I didn't like this top as much. I like to be able to layer my sweatshirts over other t-shirts and tanks. This is a fitted sweatshirt (especially in the arms), so it can only really go over another fitted top. I think I may try exchanging it for a size up, since the material is soft and they go great with the Akira pants. I'll edit this once I check out the medium.

I read the other review and bought a size larger since I felt I was right on the line between a small and medium, and the mediums were DEFINITELY the way to go as they are a little lowride and tight in the seat just like jeans. The pants are well made and kept me dry on the slopes. I loved them, but make sure the low and tighter fit is your thing. If you are looking for baggy, these are not for you.

The hat is warm, well suited for a female smaller size head, and I love the fleece band around the brim so your forehead doesn't get itchy.

Excellent hat, a little itchy, but nothing to complain over.

Bought the white one, colors were just as pictured, has a nice fit.

We bought this hat for my young son, and it fits my husband. It's not really a smaller size, but it worked out great for a beanie, good colors, warm, just a big larger than I expected from a kids hat.

I bought this jacket for my sister for Christmas because I have had one for over three years that I wear inside, outside, in fall, winter, and spring. My sister loved it, although due to the slightly more fitted cut, she went from a small to a medium so she could layer underneath. I wear a small and got a small and have been really happy with it. Great jacket, easy to give for a versatile option.

I love this website, and have a couple of things so I can support backcountry.com, but this t-shirt isn't my favorite. It was fitted (exactly like it says in the product description), and the neck was a little too large for my taste. Great soft shirt though, if tight is your thing this is for you to show off your curves, otherwise get a size larger.

After having a baby, I got these shoes for extra support while taking my son out on walks in the stroller. My back was hurting from my regular shoes, and the pain went away when I started wearing these. Plus they stay tight on your feet so you don't have to worry about readjusting your laces all the time. Great sole grip on slippery sidewalks and streets. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on, and they fit true to size. Highly recommended.

I got these when my dog ate my other skullcandy headphones and decided to go for the earbuds to make them less enticing to my canine. The first time a used them I thought the sounds was terrible, but that was because I had the in-line control all the way down. I like that they come with several earbud pieces so you can custom fit them to your ears so they stay in while running. Awesome!

These worked great the first couple of times I used them, until they got smashed in my gym bag and the head strap broke. :( Not the tightest pair of earphones I've had but the sound quality was good and they worked while running a treadmill at the gym. I should of been more careful with them...

Not as large as a Nalgene, but BPA free, which is what I was looking for. It also has withstood quite a few drops successfully. Love the red color.

I was looking for something that I could throw over a tank or t-shirt in the summer when the sun went down, and this is perfect. The cotton is light and soft, and the fit was roomy making it easy to throw over another a layer. I love it and can't wait to take it camping in Moab this summer.

The Bug color is a lot more green than the photo showed, and has lime green detailing that just wasn't my thing. I also got one size bigger so it would be a comfy hoody, but the cut is fitted so the larger size was still too small for what I was looking for. I love Spyder stuff, this just didn't work out for me.

These pants are great, they are super soft and comfortable. They are slightly low rise in their cut, but I like that about them. The material is awesome, and they work as nice pants while still being comfy. I'm a teacher and would wear these everyday in the classroom with my kids.

A little smaller than I was expecting, but if you read the dimensions under product description they are right on. We actually bought this as a changing pad for my newborn son. Will work as a seat for him probably until he's 8 or 9 on hikes and camping trips. :)

My husband, brother, and father all have this jacket, and hardly take it off during the winter in Utah. It is a perfect jacket for keeping warm without being super bulky. It also stays drier than fleece, so it's great for those quick storms that sneak up on you. Sizing was right on with other The North Face gear they own. Highly recommend it!
