I really like the look of these shorts.. but as a previous reviewer said.. they do NOT breathe. I went for an 8 mile moderately techie ride in 65 to 70 deg weather and was SO sweaty (i dont use the liner because like most bike shorts im pretty sure they use the same size padding in XL and S shorts). I also ended up removing the glasses wipe because it bugged me. As far as sizing goes im about 5'5" 125 (26 in waist and 34 ish hips)and the mediums are a good length but HUGE in the hips and bum (they were falling down even though i had on my padded spandex underneath). nothing a belt cant fix though. if you get them on chainlove more than worth the price.
