Like everyone else said, they're great if it's not too wet. I actually rocked them on a wet man-made day recently, and while I was riding, my hands were actually pretty warm, as the neoprene functions like a wetsuit, but on the lift it was brutal. When they're wet they stick to the metal. My new thing is to rock them under a mitten shell, and that works super awesome. No real complaints though, as I knew they weren't waterproof when I bought 'em.

This thing is pretty sweet. I rocked it all weekend at Sugarbush and it performed very well. Pretty warm, not incredibly windproof but you only notice on the lift. On super cold days I recommend a hat over it. Stays dry, keeps me warm and looks hella steezy. Plus the airhole lets you praise Jah Rastafari on the lift without uncovering your face.
