My son loves the jeans. Kudos to the customer service rep that helped us when we received the wrong size. I called on a Wednesday, stated the problem, and he said he would follow up with me on Friday because he was off Thursday. Sure enough he called to say they found the right size and he would send them out right away. That's great customer service, thank you!! |
