The audio piece snapped off the helmet after 5 times on the mountain. I sent it back to Bern 8 months ago... and still have not gotten it back. They claim it's an issue with the supplier, and they are waiting on the shipment. I know a lot of other people ran into this exact same issue. I'd highly suggest buying another brand, where if something goes wrong, it will get fixed.

I got one of these from a Ski Expo. The audio piece broke after about 5 times on the mountain. I've been waiting for Bern to fix the audio piece for over 8 months now!!! They keep telling me it's a problem with the supplier, and they are waiting on the shipment. I know many people are having this same issue. Bern doesn't seem too concerned with customers after the sale. Cool helmet, but if it breaks, you're screwed!
