I took these babies running right out of the box and they provided great arch support, traction (I actually tripped up not expecting the amount of traction I received), and they kept my feet dry despite the wet ground. The previous review mentioned a sole coming off. The sole is meant to be removable so don't let this scare you. Plus, like all HH products, good looking and comfortable enough to wear around town.
