I've been very impressed with my Marmot PreCip jacket so far. Luckily for me, it arrived about a week prior to Hurricane Isabel. We only saw the outer bands of the storm here, but the rains were pretty heavy. I was really wishing I had ordered the pants. The jacket never felt clammy or damp inside despite exertion. I plan to buy two more as gifts for my brothers. I've never seen a better rain shell for equal or better cost.

I've been wanting to try boots with the BOA lacing for some time now. Finally got a pair of these Northwaves this season. I'm very pleased with the fit and comfort. The BOA cuts the time it takes to put boots on by half, at least. I'm ready to go while my friends only have one boot on! These boots and my Flow bindings are the best pieces of snowboard equipment I've purchased by far. No more abrasions on my hands from pulling regular laces!
