Long, and the cuffs can't be adjusted much.

In the "Tech Specs", the waist is described as having a drawstring. This is not accurate; there is no drawstring. However, the waist can be adjusted with Velcro tabs at the sides. The inseam length is 32". I am 5'4". I tried to take up the extra length using the "cuff closure" mentioned in the product description. However, when the Velcro is engaged to the greatest extent possible, the circumference of the cuff is 16", so the hem still sags to the floor. I just can't see waddling around in rain pants this long, so I will have to return them. They do have some nice features, though, and for a taller person they would probably work well. |

It's a bright red.

This is a nice jacket and the fabric is very nice. I would just like to give potential buyers a heads-up about the color. On the website, on my computer anyway,the red appears to be a muted red. In reality, it's the red of the red stripes in the American flag--a bright primary red. |
