Just returned from a 100 mile hike on the Northville Lake Placid Trail through the Adirondacks. The Daks are known for being wet and this trip was fairly typical. My new Oracle Jacket kept my warm and dry through several cold, drenching downpours, had plenty of internal storage and was easy to ventilate with dual chest zippers. My only complaints are that the main zipper could be a bit easier to start, maybe slightly heavier and I don't like the way the hood drapes over my eyes. The second problem was solved by wearing a visor under the hood. Overall I recommend the jacket to anyone, its a great buy, you could easily spend 50 to 100 bucks more for the same function.
