I've taken the 50th Anniversary Pack out only on a couple of 2-3 day hikes and I really like the way the pack fits and handles the load. My first trip out with the new pack I purposely loaded extra weight in the form of 5 liters of water in a dromedary bag. I've owned both internal and external frame packs and I have to say that this pack carries the load like an external but handles like an internal. I couldn't be more pleased!
