After being very happy with my own Tamarack jacket, I purchased one for my sister. It was a womens large (which I generally think of as 12/14). But it was way too small. They didn't have any XL, so they will credit back the amount. The Customer Service Rep was excellent and I hope they'll bring back these jackets in blue for the spring. The jacket is great. The womens sizing runs on the small size but Mens runs true.

This jacket is very windproof. I have not yet had a chance to check how rainproof it is, since I've only worn it once in the rain, for a short time. That time it was excellent - it dried fast and I didn't get wet at all. The jacket looks nice and feels nice. It's enabled me to walk in all kinds of weather, and I've lost enough weight that I can wear a sweatshirt underneath on colder days. I liked it so much that I've bought one for my sister, and another for a close friend.
