Vibram sole and Gore-tex, what else could you ask for. So I don't wear these to work but only on the trail. They are extremely functional! Powerful on the up hill and don't make your toes numb on the down hill! Pretty comfy to walk around in them also. For the price you can't beat these mtb shoes!
