These run big 07-31-08

I'm a 34" waist, Large fit much better than XLs. Vents on the front are a great addition, but the zippers can be difficult to zip closed. Button fasteners for the inner pant keeps everything adjusted correctly. I bought 3 pair (when they go on sale)

Descent Bag, not to 20 11-29-08

Got a Switch 20 Long. I'm 6'3" 213#; used for 9 days in the Bitterroots/LoLo NF in MT 16-25 Nov. Didn't keep me warm with temps 25+ at night. I was also using an OR Bivy Sack with it (no tent)--no liner. It was cold/hard to sleep but not impossible, all the warmth seemed to go out of the foot panel (plugged with a jacket and it worked better. Tried not to keep it compressed all the time, if I could hang it in a tree during the day I would. The Long was a good fit for me, standard for a sleeping bag.
