plain and simple. these bindings perform. nothing flashy about them - no glitter needed. the ratchet system works phenomonally. the straps are quite comfortable. when picking out a pair of bindings performance is the most important factor - and these babys perform.

this is a fantastic softshell. Its combination of performance and style is perfect. The stretch of the softshell is amazing - if you compare this jacket to lesser models you can easily feel the difference. The no lift, gusseted underarms definitely make a difference - although im not sure if this jacket will "get you some spoonage" it will definitely turn some heads.

I bought last years model on whiskey militia and to be blunt i was not impressed. I returned them before i even bothered to take them to the mountain. the ratchet system slips - the adjustment on the highback looks flimsy - and the adjustment on the straps (for larger or smaller boots) is made of plastic. overall these seem to be a low grade binding. - sure they have many adjustments - but those will do you little good if the binding breaks when you are ripping down the mtn.
