First impression: Pretty tight and narrow. When I tried it on, it seemed a little too tight, I got a Medium and I have lots of hair. But from previous experience with any helmet, your head magically shrinks a bit on the mountains. So they gave the best fit I can ever ask for. The Hi-Fi is so incredibly light, I honestly can say that I didn't know it was on my head. The ventilation did seem iffy at first, as it doesn't have vents in the front, but it kept my head aired and never overheated. Bottomline: Best helmet you can ask for.

For a couple more bones, I highly recommend getting this over the original non-hooded Denali. (Unless you do your hair everyday and you live in a sunny state). The hood on this jacket not only keeps rain out, it also keeps your head/ears very warm. And when it goes on your back, it pops out and looks awesome. The hood is non-removable, but it fits great on your head and there's adjustable drawstrings to keep it tight on your face. Everyone will look at you and say "Woah, how comes YOUR Denali has a hood and the other 30 people I saw today doesn't"

I used the Burton Vapor for a week, then got bored of it so I decided to try the Custom X. This board does it all, powder, staying alive on ice, park, pipe, jumps, and probably jibs and rails too (I haven't tried because I don't want to mess up my new favorite board!). The Custom X is pretty stiff though so don't expect to use it to spread butter, but it has amazing pop. The addition of the ICS system is great, carry a small screw driver when using this board and you'll never want to leave the mountain.

Where to start... I got the 157cm, the graphics are SICK, I will post some pictures later. The Burton emblem on the base is see through, so you can see the Vaportech Alumafly (aluminum honeycomb) material. The stiffness - true to its reputation, super stiff, no buttering here. Protip does GREAT in powder, I took it out on a day where we got 15" of pow, no sinking at all that day! It holds an edge so well, whether in ice or powder or groomed runs. I was so amazed, there was no chatter whatsoever. If you're an intermediate to advanced rider, give this bad boy a try. Beginners stay away, you will get hurt and say "The vapor sucks" which is NOT TRUE! The Burton Vapor is AWESOME!!!

I currently ride the Burton Custom X as it does better in powder, ice and backcountry. But for anything else such as pipe, jumps, rails, jibbing and ground tricks, this is my go to board. It has plenty of pop, pretty forgiving, the true twin shape is so much fun. I equipped these with a pair of Flow's NXT AT for more all-mountain shred. Writing this review just makes me want to get on this board again!

Good: Light, soft, versatile, STOW technology (folds into a small pillow), very nice water repellant coat. Can be used as a outer layer or insulated baselayer. Bad: Hood is HUGE, it can fit a helmet in it. Armpits will stink because of tight insulation and if you sweat a lot. Overall: Very satisfied with this jacket :]
