Ive been spoiled and have owned the top end wetsuits from rip curl( e-bomb 3/2) quicksilver (cell 3/2) and now this suit. The coldest water I have used this suit in so far is 55 degrees and I was TOASTY!!! I was worried that the 4/3 would be to constrictive and hinder paddling, but I would say this suit is as flexible and comfy as my quicksilver 3/2. I do get a little bit of water down the neck when duckdiving but nothing drastic....Awesome suit
