This product is very sturdy and simple to use. Once it is locked in, it's not going anywhere unless it takes your trunk with it. :-) I have used this rack about 3 times and the only problem I have had so far is that my bike is rather difficult to load. However, this is not a problem with the rack. Instead, the bottom bar on my bike is oval versus round. My sister's bike has a normal round bar and it loads on very easily.
