Fantastic bombproof shell!

Great shell - I have the '07 model I believe. As other reviewer says, sleeves are a bit long (I have a Medium and am 5' 10" athletic cut) but nothing that would make me drop a mark. As light as the shell is, I was hesitant about warmth, but in CO winter ski season I had simply a base layer, patagonia micropuff vest and the shell and was hot - had to unzip the pit zips. If I had to knock it, I'd say the zip handles are a bit small w/ gloves on, but again, nothing that would make me lower the mark. |

Great all-purpose sunglasses!

These sunglasses are fantastic - interchangeable lenses are a must-have if these are your only pair, great for running, mountain biking, or just hanging out. One knock is while they're super lightweight, the arms of the glasses are a little flimsy...so you do have to be a bit careful with them. All in all a great pair! |

Conflicted.

These were very comfortable sandals, but sadly the sole started coming apart from the footbed pretty quickly after I bought them, less than 1 summer of wearing them every other day or so. So I really liked the look and comfort but can't give it more stars due to lack of durability. |

Perfect vest!

I wear this thing as my only outer layer in 20 deg temps. If you layer right underneath it does the job - sure your arms get chilly but it is a vest, after all. Perfect for layering: I wear a base layer, this vest, and a bombproof HH shell on the slopes and I'm fine - even need pit zips open half the time! |

Best winter pack for daytrips
02-05-09 ![]() |
This is the perfect pack for daytrips. You get your hydration w/ sleeve so the H20 doesn't freeze, it's slim enough if you want so it's not a pain to have on your back, but expandable if you want it to be for travel so you can stuff a buncha things in there. Only bad thing is the zipper pulls are minuscule so it takes some effort to get them but not enough for me to drop it to 4 stars. |

Perfect

Best goggle for the price, IMHO. Perfect fit, most comfortable, the silicone on the strap is perfect for helmet wearers so it doesn't slide at all. |

Def recommend!

Great helmet. Fits great, and I would say it's a helluva lot warmer than just a wool cap, even though I keep take the vents blocker things completely off all the time. Would be nice to have a switch to open/close the vents instead of ones you have to take out yourself, but you gotta pony up more $ for that. |

Holy warm

I didn't find it runs that small - I wear Med gloves and the Med for this one fits well. If anything the cuff area is a little shorter than I'm used to but not a big deal. Super warm, even w/o the liner gloves. Highly recommend! |
