Great jacket! EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE! Returned the jacket. I loved everything about it, but the bluetooth feature consistently cut out on me. ALL the reps from your company were extremely helpful-sending me replacements quickly. BUT, I was on my 3rd jacket, and everything was great (speakers, controller, warmth, pockets, etc.) However, I tried several phones with it, and it consistently cut between 4.5 minutes and 5.5 minutes of being on the phone. My friends have the same model jacket and have NO PROBLEMS at all. So, I know that I just happened to get a bad batch. So, I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND this jacket... AND this website!
