These pants are a lot baggier than other arcteryx stuff and don't make you look like a tard like a lot of other technical gear. I've never had a problem with water leaking in even though these are softshell. Ridiculously windproof!!!! with the softshell fleece type liner on these you hardly even have to wear a baselayer on your legs. Oober comfy and don't make you look like a tool. Bottom Line: Unless you spend more time on the ground than actually skiing I wouldn't worry about the waterproof'ness

This jacket is super durable, I skied it hard on the resort and in the back country for an entire season. Threw it around in the car and didn't baby it at all. After about 6 months of abuse from me it SERIOUSLY still looks brand new. On top of that it is no question the best performing jacket I've ever had. Completely waterproof, completely windproof, super abrasion resistant. Fits really well, awesome features, the hood tightening system is sweet, allows you to have 100% peripheral with the hood on even when looking to the side it doesn't block your vision. Bottom Line: Sick jacket, Worth every penny, even when you're a broke ass hitch hiking ski bum like me.

I have these with the silver mirror lense and they are absolutely the best goggles I've ever had. superior to other leading goggles in every way, very good in all light, temperature, and precipitating conditions as compared to other people that are constantly having issues. Too bad they're discontinued...

I'm 6' 180lbs and I love my 190's. They're fast, they float, and they stomp, nuff said.
