I am 5'8" 145lbs, athletic build, I can usually wear a small jersey from most manufacturers. I purchased this jersey in a medium and it is very tight, almost too tight. I wish I'd have purchased a large. Go 2 sizes up from your normal sise if your gonna buy this jersey. Besides the sizing issues the jersey is great, good graphics, good cut, I like the sticky rubber along the bottom of the jersey to keep in in place. Go big if you're buying this shirt.
