Great jacket to throw on without the hassle of finding the right layering system. Put a few base layers underneath this jacket and you will be toasty. As the other review states, the lack of pit zips is frustrating. Otherwise it has great features such as removable hood, high warm collar, handwarmer pockets, large stretchy cuffs to fit over large gloves, ipod pocket, large inner mesh pocket for holding skins etc. I am completely satisfied with my decision to buy this jacket. One of the best skiing jackets around for simplicity and warmth.

The aiguille is a great jacket for backpackers who are conscious about their pack weight, skiers, climbers, and everyone in between. It provides little warmth but keeps the water out completely without adding much weight in your pack.

Great jacket to replace your average fleece. Inside, it has 400 weight fleece with an exterior that deflects wind and water with ease. I throw it one with a long underwear base layer to go skiing and feel cozy in moderate to colder temps.
