Wanted a vest and it was sold out from another manufacturer. Husband said to me (who used to be a snowboard instructor) "buy a Marmot, it will last forever" ....so, I did after much deliberation. Bottom line is, not only do I love this vest- warm, fashionable, comfy, and simply perfect...but have caught my husband putting it on under his coat when he walks the dog. (been in the teens here) so yeah, I would say it's definitely worth it. Any item of clothing that we can both enjoy is a plus!
