I have owned an Area 51 tent for 2&1/2 years, my wife and I like it better than any of the several other tents we have used. It is a simple one person pitch and very quick for two. We carried it for 1200 miles on the Appalachian Trail. Condensation is seldom a problem with it's shrewd ventilation system. In the worst of conditions it performs as good as all of the best two layer tents without the hassle. You would have to go with the Bibler "Todd-tex" tents or similar materials to surpass it and those kinds of tents cost a lot more. Guying out the side pulls steady it in some amazing winds for a single pole tent in addition to maintaining the generous living space for 2 people. It's definitely the best 5 pounds I have ever put on my back.
