This is the first hydration pack I've owned and I love it. It's lightweight, compact and low profile, and holds two liters, i.e. sufficient to stay hydrated for several hours of exercise. There is also enough room to pack small essentials such as a cell phone, energy foods, and odds & ends. I have used it during XC skiing and look forward to use it on long distance bike trips. Just one negative: as with all hydration packs (so I'm told) the water dispensed by the Camelback Rocket tastes of plastic no matter how often the pack is cleaned & rinsed.
