I have only had this coat for a few weeks but it is the warmest coat I have ever worn. Even my wife who is always cold says she doesn't think you could ever get cold in this coat. I spend 4 days in the white mountains and on Mt Washington and it was the best even in below zero temps and over 50mph winds. I think the less you wear under it the warmer it is. Truly a quality product.
