High marks go to Nikita for their ideas. I love almost all their jacket designs, but once you inspect them close up there seems to be a lot of problems with actual construction. This jacket is a prime example of this. First of all the color of the jacket is not as rich as it appears to be in the picture. It's quite a bit lighter actually. Next the fabric used was really cheap looking and stiff. All the ruching looked a little weird because the material was so waxy and thin. The zipper stuck a lot as well which is never any fun. As the description states there isn't any lining, but this jacket really could have used some. I ordered the red version and I could see my T-shirt through the red fabric. This could have been a really cool jacket with more pliable and quality fabric. On the positive side it fit pretty well although it was quite slim.

Wow this hat was just terrible. It doesn't fit snugly or correctly against your head. The bill doesn't even contour or sit straight. Peaked in all the wrong places. I think about the only beanie I've worn that was worse than this was the one that I tried to knit for myself. One word summary: boo.

This jacket was a great fit. There was enough room to move around, but it didn't look like I borrowed a guy's jacket. The color of the jacket is amazing and is accurate in the picture. The design details in this jacket were also really nice. The cuffs have a cool button snap detail versus boring old hook-and-loop. The epaulets and western-style stitching add some flair. The issue with this jacket is that the outer material is a bit stiff and makes a lot of noise when you move. The noise reminds me of those heavy duty tarps that are used for camping. I'm sure it's done to make the material more durable but I just don't like the idea of having to yell over the noise of my jacket. The hood was also an issue for me since it floated above my noggin and was kind of uncomfortable when I wanted to zip up the collar but keep the hood down. I wish I could comment on the actual performance of this jacket but I'm selfish and I want my return.

Hat was really warm and stood up to Whistler's bone-chilling wind. Love the style of the hat, and it fit just right. Not too much on front and not too much in back. Also liked the fact that the side ties weren't too thick like on other models.

I ordered the Ultramarine colorway for this jacket and found that the color was exactly as pictured. This is a really nice jacket and fit relatively well. The collar was a bit cumbersome to button up, but looked great. The only reason I returned this jacket was that I wasn't really feeling the super wide wale cord material. I thought it would look nice, but I just didn't look right in it. There was also a little bit of an issue with the piped seams running along the front of the jacket. On my body it gave my chest a funny table top look. I love snowboarding but not that much. Overall a very nice jacket...for someone else.

Loved the way this hat looked in the box - then I tried to pull it on. I looked like a bad plastic-surgery victim. In any case it would look cute on someone with a narrower skull.

This thermos works great with cold liquids. After 12 hours sitting out on a desk, the water was still cold. As for heat retention, the thermos works pretty well considering that it's stainless steel. The cap doesn't leak and the colors are fantastic (I bought both). My only complaint is that I wish the accompanying top cap (aka cup) was stainless steel not only outside but inside as well (inner wall is plastic). The best thing about this thermos is that I feel like I'm not adding any more bisphenol A to my family's diet. And of course this Web site's service is always amazing.

Color depicted is accurate for the cream color scheme but the fit is a little off. The crown peaked and required repeated pull downs. The proportion of the hat was slightly off on my head and wasn't particularly flattering.

Nice looking hat that fits pretty well. Unfortunately the front and back were a little too long for my liking. The front almost came down over eyes and the back created a nice roll at the base of my neck.

This beanie fits snugly but not so tight that I start losing consciousness. Material is very soft and warm. Screen printing on the front is a little thick but is a nice graphic to break up the white background. The bill is nicely curved and contours the face really well. Also, there's no weird peaking at the top of the head so you don't have to spend half your day pulling your hat down. The beanie also covers the ears without making the back too long, so no folding required. Only issue is that it's a little pricey.

The cut of this jacket is relatively fitted which is nice for those of us who don't wanna look like we're swimming in our clothes. Personally I go for a baggier look, but the jacket was fitted nicely. I especially liked the fact that the hood fit perfectly to my head and snapped in place. All the zippers ran pretty smoothly and there weren't any issues with snaps coming undone or being too lose. Also, the material was pretty nice inside and out. There was some stiffness in the armpits which felt a little restrictive. Color is pretty accurate in the picture as well. I returned this jacket mostly because I wasn't really into the white seaming graphics on the jacket and the fact that the insulation felt a bit bunched up in the arms.

I ordered the green version of this jacket and it looked exactly as it is pictured which was a nice surprise. Great looking jacket and I really thought that this would be a keeper. The material was soft and not plastic-like and the cuffs, collar and waistband weren't too rigid or tight. The lining was equally soft and was very comfortable to wear. The problem with this jacket was the fit. The body section was ok, but it was slightly bulky. The real problem was in the shoulder area and arms. I can't exactly say why, but the jacket made me look like a 'roid fiend. I mean my shoulders looked HUGE! Maybe ordering a size smaller would have helped, didn't think of that until now. In any case when ordering Nikita clothing just be aware that their jacket sizes can vary quite a bit.

Once again Nikita had a great idea for a jacket. Really neat hood zip, retro appeal and color combo. I was really excited to try this jacket out. But once I tried it on, the excitement kind of waned. The material was decent and the zipper functioned properly but the construction was a little off. The jacket has some insulation and it made my arms look really huge and sausage-like. It looked particularly puffy in the shoulders and gave me a nice linebacker look. yikes. If the jacket was just a little more streamlined I would have kept it.

Design wise this jacket is a neat idea, but execution wise Nikita didn't really step up. The nylon wasn't the greatest quality and the jacket felt a little stiff. The hood was a problem for me since it basically floated above my head when I zipped the jacket up. Conehead wasn't exactly the look I was going for. The zipper could have used a little work as well since it snagged a little. A little pricey for such a thin jacket that doesn't fit all that well.
