i'm 5'2 and 105 lbs and girls L fit me well. the arm part is a bit poofy. it keeps me super warm on a cold/snowy day. i was just wearing a t-shirt underneath, and i didn't feel the wind at all. the exterior is also waterproof so i plan to wear it snowboarding, and it has an interior pocket for your mp3 player.

with the inner liner and wrist guards, the gloves are bit tight, but they do keep you dry. i would opt for the mitts next time because i couldn't really use my fingers anyway since it was bulky.

i'm 5'2 and 105 lbs, and i wear the small (although the jacket, i wear xsmall). it's snug with a base layer and the inner liner. on a mild day without the liner, it's pretty loose. the pants are awesome - keeps me dry and have tons of utility with its pockets.
